Description: Description of complaint: i have been living in cypress trace apartments going on two years. the first year was some what okay with some minor complaints of trash outside left on the ground or loud neighbors. in the previous five months the living conditions have dramatically changed. i see more and more people throwing garbage outside onto the walkways, cigarette buds in front of my door and i do not even smoke, dog poop on the sidewalk and in the grass which my child and myself have stepped in on two separate occasions. dogs without leases and pooper scoopers while being walked. on many occasions now i have gone to the neighborhood trash disposer and there has been garbage not inside the disposer but collected on the outside. so bad that it is pouring into the street. things such as couches, tvs, car parts, bags upon bags of garbage. i have seen animals such as ducks, birds, rats, and other rodents digging in the garbage. the conditions are unlivable and simply a hazard to ones health. i have contacted management but the problem seems to continue without any resolution. i have multiple pictures on my camera to provide evidence of the filth. it simply needs to be fixed and the parties responsible for doing it and also allowing it should be reprimanded. there is no excuse for such disgusting behavior and living conditions. as a resident here who pays a monthly rent, i should not be living in such filth and disgust. no person by any means should have to deal with this. there needs to be some resolution and again i do have evidence to support my complaint. i would like someone to contact me via telephone confirming that this situation will be looked into. i will continue to press forward until i see action being made and those responsible for the problems reprimanded. thank you. complainant name: kirsten allen phone: 813-446-7652 email me a confirmation copy of this complaint: yes for an email copy of input, please enter email here: [email protected]
