Description: Description of complaint: the residents of this property moved out months ago under very odd and suspicious circumstances. the primary resident of the property (rental or owned, unknown) has been back a couple of times to speak to the next door neighbor but no attempt has been made to maintain the property and there has been no indication that the property is either for sale or rent. the grass and shrubbery on the property are grossly overgrown and there is an abandoned car partially covered over with a blue tarp (hiding the license plate, if its still there) that has been left behind as well. i live across the street from it and while my patience for waiting to see if someone will come to take the property and fix it up has ended, for the most part i'm just plain sick of looking at it. our neighborhood is not fancy, the people on our street are not wealthy but most of us take pride in the appearance of our properties.this place adds an element of trashy that i would just as soon not have to see every time i look out my kitchen window. i'm sorry i don't have a photo but i don't want to run the risk of certain individuals in the proximity to the property in question knowing that i have lodged a complaint. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.

Description: Description of complaint: there has been multiple plumbing leaks in my apartment that have not been addressed by the property owners even after several attempts to resolve. the wall in my daughter's bedroom now has mold growing along the baseboards due to un-adressed problem. on christmas day, i was awakened to sound of what sounded like rain drops. it turned out that there was a leak from the fan in the bedroom. later that day, i noticed the pipes lines that run across the master bedroom were wet and caused the ceiling to leak as well. there is also a leak of some sort that has caused the carpet in my bedroom to become soaked in one corner of the room (though i'm not too sure the source of that). i've called the office, left messages, even left notes with them. i ended up leaving my apartment on christmas day to visit family and friends and when i returned home, noticed that the water in my kitchen had been turned off. no where else, just in the kitchen. there are no knobs to turn it back on so either maintainence came in while i was out to turn it off or the leak that was noticed earlier had something to do with it. this has yet to be addressed. this has cut off my ability to wash dirty dishes. i need help and i don't know where else to turn at this point. i yook pictures but i'm having difficulty transferring them from my phone to the computer so i can upload. i can provide them at visit if necessary. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
