Description: Sr14972 7/6/2015 7:27 amwe live in bridgeview apartments and had a bad water damage. the office staff and on site maintenance handled the situation terribly. they came out and sucked up the water and then 24 hours later had a third party company bring a nasty dehumidifier in and they set it up incorrectly. my fiance' and i are both in the disaster restoration industry so my fiance' basically remediated the water damage and dried everything out completely. they said they were going to send out erickson's drying because they needed to follow their own protocol and make notes of it. they never did. i went in to the office on june 26th to ask for a transfer or to negotiate rent with us (we have had mice, cockroaches, termites, fleas, another water damage, etc...and have been really understanding and never missed rent or late on rent). i never received a call back and had to call myself 2 times and finally had to go up to the office on july 2nd. they finally sent somebody out with a water meter on july 2nd to tell us it was dry due to my fiance's work, which we had already known. during all of this, i called the office on wednesday or thursday of june 23/24th and let them know we have termites for the 2nd time in our apartment. they said they are aware of the situation and they will be having a company come out to treat the entire property since it is an issue and we should receive a notice in about a week. almost 2 weeks have gone by and we haven't received any help with our termite situation. i am extremely sensitive to mold and have gotten very sick in the past due to apartment complexes not handling the situation properly. since this mot recent water damage, i have already had a sinus infection and my asthma has worsened. i have contacted the property management company last thursday july 2nd but have yet to hear from them. please help.irst name courtneylast name hudsonphone number 8133841045mobile number --email address [email protected]
