Description: 6/8/20155:51 pm sr11032 resident and home owner eddy e. lorenzo drives home with his mack dump truck ( rated at about 25, 000 pounds empty- owned by roldy trucking: 6004 myers st., tampa, fl, 33634) contact number listed: (813) 389-1239. usdot 2176585 gvw to 70, 000 pounds. this despite the fact he has had to have hillsborough county repair the sidewalks in front of his house, in the last 6 months, at which time they warned him if he continues to drive his commercial vehicle home, he will repair sidewalks at his personal expense. our cul de sac has had recurring pot hole repair issues (at least twice in the last five years- suspected sink holes) in the last five years ( at least two separate cases, on cul de sac entry area, directly in front of 14500 markland greens place, which directly coincides with the beginning of his driving home with his previous commercial mack truck. this occurs at least once a week, for the past 5 years. he usually tries to sneak it home at about 2 or 3 a.m., because he knows it is against deed restrictions and he runs risk of damaging our community's roadways, as they are not built or zoned for this kind of usage. but, he does not care. further, the continual 3 a.m. arrival/departure is very disruptive to residents' peace and sleep, as you feel the houses trembling with the size of the truck and engines, whine of the air brakes and beeping as he backs in and out of the cul de sac. he also slams his accelerator to gun it out of here, not caring about the safety of our children, pets, pedestrians, cyclists or runners, who are often out to get their morning exercise, or head to the bus stops, when he leaves around 5:30 or 5:45 a.m. (usually on monday or wednesdays) is very disruptive, destructive, going to harm someone's property or person. please help us address this. please keep me anonymous, as in the past this man has shown himself to be unreasonable and retalliatory. thank you for helping us prevent pissible harm to our beighbors, community.
