Description: Description of complaint: while pulling up to the only available parking space next to a handicap parking space, i parked my car up to the concrete bumper on 8/16/14 at 2:15pm. i heard a loud noise and when i got out of the car i saw that there was exposed rebar sticking out of the concrete bumper that caused damage to my passenger front tire. i immediately called the emergency line at the apartment community without response. i called the police and was advised that due to the damage caused by private property that i had to notify my insurance company. after reporting the incident to my insurance company they advised that i had to continue all correspondence with the apartment community. i've been in contact with the apartment manager wanda bustamante every week since the incident occurred without resolution. i walked the property since the damage occurred to my vehicle and the parking bumpers still have exposed rebar and are broken throughout the community. this is a safety liability and someone is going to get hurt and someone else's vehicle is going to be damaged as well. supporting file or photo: attachments 20141113.zip submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. tia gonzalez (813) 215-7776 your email address: [email protected]
