Description: Roof in need of repair birgit schlueter phone 813-334-9329 11215 cedar hollow ln tampa fl 33618 description of complaint: i have had a problem with this property manager located in clearwater, fl for a long time. her name is sheron nichols. if you need her contact information please let me know. last april 2013, my roof was leaking and caused severe water leak stains to my ceiling and wall on the 2nd floor - i have two floors in my condo. this property manager sheron has done nothing but be rude to me and my family who have tried to intervene but failed. i never got any documentation from these 3 roofers who have stopped by to do a temporary repair. they have done nothing but damage my roof even further. since recently i have had 5 roof leaks in total. the last incompetent person she contacted never gave me his name, company name, but instead has done nothing but bitch at me and wanted to look at my attic downstairs and upstairs. that is not where the leak is coming from. i have stated to him and this incompetent and unprofessional property manager that their is no reason to check inside my home because the painter who my parents paid has already fixed the stains. plus you can't tell where the water is coming from inside anyways only from the temporary repair that can be clearly seen from outside. she won't listen to reason. i told this unprofessional roofer she called (the 4th) one not to come over here because she (the property manager) is giving him wrong information. i had a fight with her back and forth via email. this women has never come over to assess the damage nor ever calls me on the phone. what she is doing is illegal. i need a new roof and have asked if i can call a roofer in the tampa area since she chose 3 unprofessional roofers total that ruined my roof. i do not trust her. i have asked her to fix other things that i sent her via email and she refuses to do that. she only fixes what she wants to fix in the condo complex. i have had recently neighbor disputes and other things i have seen that are violating the rules of the condo association and all she does is ignore me. i have witnesses as to what is going on and witness from the painter who has fixed my ceiling and wall - he has been over twice to fix the damage. i can't take this anymore. i hope you can take my case. i have emails since last year of this property manager's horrible and despicable behavior and how she won't help me with anything. i can't put my condo back on the market to sell until i get this matter settled. things are getting out of control and nobody will help me. jackie callaway advised me to fill out a form through your website. i already filled out a form for 2 neighbor disputes on this website since the property manager of the condo complex i live in refuses to do anything that she is responsible for. please help me. i am so upset and feel so alone in this. my mom had to pay hundreds of dollars to the painter to fix my 2nd floor when clearly the property manager was supposed to take care of this but refused. she is responsible for taking care of this since the leaks came from the roof and other issues outside. submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. birgit schlueter 813-334-9329 email address: [email protected]
