Description: Description of complaint: i have complained several times since 01/21/2014 to property management about my door not being fully closed. the lock attached to the door frame is not properly installed and i have to half open the door in order for it to lock. bugs, cold wind, and rain water come into my home if i do not stuff towels under my door, even then the top and side of the door are still cracked open. i've also complained about the open whole in my ceiling above the water heater with electrical wires hanging down in the open. also, there was a previos leak in the ceiling that they coverwed with paint before my move-in date, and there are air bubbles in the wall which caused it to be soft. there is now a whole in my wall from where i leaned on the wall and it caved in. it is just my two year old daughter and myself in the apartment and it is not safe, and they refuse to fix anything. submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. stephanie mays 8134793928 email address: [email protected]

Description: Description of complaint: at 3275 fox lake dr tampa florida 33618 there are about 8-10 people who live in this home.. they are constantly fighting and argueing amongst themselves. they have a mechanics repair shop busniess out of their home address. there are always about 4-6 cars being taken apart and worked on at a time. this has a tendency to block the neighbors drive ways. they have cars parts everywhere. they own two dogs who are constanly tied up in the front yard with out food or water. the dogs are constanly barking and do not appear well cared for. there are many people that go in and out of the side of the home with lots of dogs. these people have dog fights at their home. we have seen dogs leave the home bloody and cut. the people who live in the home are very aggressive and i am concerned for the safety of the animals they own and the business that is being run out of the home. this home is being rented and the owners name is jose carreno. i have attempted to make contact with the owner regaring his tenants but have been unsuccessful. please help. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
