Description: The grass in front of the house is knee deep. on one side of the house, their are weeks up to waist high, with junk piled along the side of the house. the backyard is full of vines, there is a dead limb laying there for 5 months, and a pile of wood limbs against the back fence that has been there a long time. there is junk/trash strewn in the backyard with more junk outside the shed, which appears not to be in use. there is also a wheelbarrow along-side the other side of the house, sitting there for 2 months, and now junk/containers in the driveway in front of the house. this homeowner has done nothing to this property since they bought it. it is really an eyesore. in addition to the homeowner, there is one adult son, and 2 other sons living in the residence. i have never seen anyone outside attempting to clean up. it almost appears unhabitable.
