Description: Description of complaint: i live on a one block street,alfred st. in brandon. at the end of my street is a house that is 3223 king charles circle in seffner. there is a pile of limbs by the fence for a really long time. on both sides of the house is various "things" which should be in the shed. in the middle of the yard is a lot of "stuff" which should be in the shed or garage. there are dead trees in the yard. there are a lot of trees in the yard and they have not been raked in several years. the ground is also covered with vines. and vines are growing on the porch on the back of the house. there are step ladders, storage racks, mirrors, paint cans, a wheel barrow, numerous plastic containers in the middle of the yard. there are dead limbs laying around. thsi property is probably a breeding grounds for animinals, as neighbors have seen various rodents, possums, armadillos and even large black snakes have been seen on this property. my understanding is that neighbors who live in the vicinity have reportedly seen used syringes close to this property. this property is genuinely a nuisence to the area and is dangerous as there are young children who play in the neighborhood.
