Description: Sr18487 7/29/2015 10:02 amwe live next door to this property at 123 mitchell drive, brandon fl 33511, and have notice that the fence was deteriorated and needs to be fixed up, as soon as possible. i spoke with the resident there, mr. robert chappel, who is a pastor for the first united methodist church, a very nice gentleman, and was told that the property belongs to the church and i would need to speak with the church's maintenance manager. i spoke with tim, the church's manager - 813-689-4161 x312, and was told by him that the fence does not belong to the property, 125 mitchell drive, brandon fl 33511, and that the church will not do anything about it. i told tim that since we have just moved into this property for a little over a year and have no idea who put up the fence, that i was willing to help the church with the cost of fixing up the fence. tim told me that the church has no intention on working with me on this issue at all, and stated that the fence was put up by the former owner of 123 mitchell drive, brandon fl 33511. we strongly feel that for four main reasons the fence has to be fixed: security, safety, privacy, and cosmetically. with the fence falling apart, it posts a threat to our safety and security. in addition, we feel that there is no privacy since our neighbor can look through the cracks or broken fence to see our outdoor activities. and of course, we do have visiting guests from time to time, and do not want our guests to think that we have neglected our property. we are willing to work with anyone, and if the fence was erected by the previous owner of our current address, we will be more than happy to fix it up ourselves. it 's just that from the way the fence was installed, i believe that it was erected by the owner or formal owner of the property of 125 mitchell drive, brandon fl 33511, and if that is the case, they will have the responsibility to correct this issue. thanks for listening and please advise.have a great day!contactregarding contact thanh (bob) hoangfirst name thanh (bob)last name hoangphone number 813-503-0788mobile number --email address [email protected]
