Description: Sr16707 7/16/2015 11:42 amthe back of this property adjoins the back of my property. the problem is the rotten fence which belongs to that property. i have already cut myself on that dilapidated fence numerous times from the fence falling into my back yard and my trying to push them back. i would like to install a new fence but am told by different fence companies the rotten fence would lean into my new fence and eventually destroy it. code enforcement has been out numerous times regarding this property and the fence over the past several years and still nothing is being done with the fence. all i want is that rotten fence be taken down so i can install a new fence. i have tried to contact the owner of the property to no avail. the phone number listed on the county property appraiser site is a non-working number. this unsightly, rotten, dilapidated fence is a health risk and a nuisance. according to the hillsborough county, fl. code of ordinances, property standards:article iv, sec 8-116, property standards: (c)nuisance conditions. all exterior property areas and premises shall be free from any nuisance condition as defined by this article. nothing shall be placed, constructed, or maintained on any premises that shall in any way constitute a nuisance or fire hazard. no unsightly or unsanitary accumulation which actually harbors or is likely to harbor rodents, insects, reptiles or any poison or germ carriers shall be permitted to exist.(d)fences. all fences, whether required or not, shall be maintained in sound structural condition, and free from defect which may cause injury. sec. 8-173. - public nuisances prohibited on abandoned real property.it shall be unlawful and a violation of this article for any property owner to maintain, keep or permit a public nuisance on abandoned real property. this fence is a public nuisance and health risk for injury. please help.. thank youregarding contact nancy armstrongfirst name nancylast name armstrongphone number --mobile number --email address [email protected]

Description: Crm-adx service request # sr 17322this house continues to end up with trash & junk on the one side over and over again. this house has been reported many times. once again, there is all sorts of trash on the side of the house (see attached picture). there is also a derelict travel trailer, completely gutted, parked on the side of the house. and there is a car in the driveway that has been in a wreck with the rear end damaged and several of the tires flat. plus there is debris in the front yard which has not been hauled away by the sanitation people, even though the bags have been out there for weeks and weeks. except for the trailer, which has just arrived, everything else mentioned has been there for well over a month.please cite this house as soon as possible and force them to clean it up yet again. every time you have cited them, they have cleaned it up, only for it to become trashed again within a month or two. since this house repeatedly ends up the same way again and again, can nothing be done to put a stop to this behavior?thank you, the neighbors of the forest hills drive cull de sac.
