Description: Sr6404 5/4/2015 8:00 pm please note that the time and date indicated above is only related to the most recent violation in this apartment. all other issues listed have been ongoing since december 2014. keystone palms apartments are overrun with cockroaches. i have witnessed them coming out of the drains in the bathrooms and kitchens. the infestations are ongoing in several apartments, with management providing no solutions or assistance with pest control. they usually send maintenance with a can of generic, storebought pest spray and do not utilize any professional pest control services. i have personally had to throw out or leave behind food and personal belongings to avoid the infestation carrying over to my new apartment. i have been ill several times due to this pest problem and so have several of the neighbors. there appears to be black mold on the ceilings of the kitchen and bedroom of my old apartment, and a neighbor has mold as well. the concerns were dismissed by management, because as they said, it was "only a little bit of mold". when my electric breaker stopped working, managment sent a maintenance worker to fix it, who proclaimed to me several times that he had no idea what he was doing. he fixed the problem by replacing parts in my breaker with parts from another old breaker, which i believe is unsafe and very unsettling. when my air conditioner was leaking, maintenance left a huge rusty filter out in the middle of the floor and never came to get it. i don't know where it came from or where it needs to be put back into, but i put it in the spare room to avoid the rust. almost nothing in the apartment works. not the ventilation in the bathroom, not the lights in the kitchen, and certainly not the heater, which i could have used during december and january. in addition, management never gave me my mailbox key, and i was never able to see any of my bills or additional mail while i was there. regarding contact hannah shebaro first name hannah last name shebaro phone number 813-484-3794 mobile number -- email address [email protected]
