Description: We have called code enforcement before, but nothing could be done as there was no proof. i have now taken a picture and attached to this complaint. this man starts this truck up every day about 5am and then comes home at around 6pm. it is loud and disturbing, also he is cracking the driveway and it looks to be that it's starting to collapse the drainage pipe underneath, we have enough drainage problems here. our cul-de-sac road is being ripped up and is crumbling, also on elder palm there are pot holes opening up. this commercial vehicle should not be here, it's a residential neighborhood. it has to weigh at least 10 to 15 tons. the company name on the side is alto, i found them at 4102 causeway blvd. tampa, fl 33619 - (813) 241-2586. it's in the same zip code, there's no reason for this guy to be driving it home.
