Description: Mon 03/30/2015 6:22 am description of complaint: parking over sidewalks: we frown upon residents parking over sidewalks in twelve oaks. we walk our dog early morning & early evening & have been noticing this resident continually parking over the sidewalk. at 1st we thought it to be an isolated incident but has continued on now for well over a month. since we aren't deed restricted i felt the only way to has addressed was to go thru this sight. with the unlicensed/non-moving compact in the drive, when parked behind, puts one over the sidewalk but regardless. the kicker, they know better as they do patrol for the subdivision regularly. this "type" of issue happened w/this resident 4-5 years ago where they parked a pickup in the st. for over 2 yrs.. we'd hate to see this continue for that length of time & very well could if someone doesn't take notice. we'd appreciate having code look into. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.

Description: Mon 04/06/2015 10:52 am description of complaint: about three years ago the new people purchased this property and opened a grocery store in their first floor area. now the traffic of deliveries and people coming to shop each wednesday is getting out of hand. there are always people driving recklessly on our road, not paying any attention to pedestrians. we have been accustomed to visitors to the park for years and for the most part, they have great manners. twice my wife has almost been hit recently walking our dogs by drivers that are more looking for their shopping spot than paying attention to the pedestrians. in december she was forced off the road and fell into the ditch and they did not even stop to check on her. when she followed the driver to the grocery location he cursed at her and she rushed home fearing for her safety. we enjoy the beautiful horse farms and recreational traffic of the park and have loved our neighborhood but things have changed so much with these new owners. between the cars that frequent the grocery store each week en mass and the occupants of the apartments that seem to think our neighborhood streets are their freeway, it has ruined the peace and quiet of our little area. please keep this complaint anonymous as we don't want a neighborhood war started. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
