Description: Wed 03/04/2015 12:04 am description of complaint: they have a yard across the street from the office that they have filled with junk and for the last 4 days they have been bringing in truck loads of dirt and back hoes tearing down trees and flowers off of neighbors fence and tonight at 11:15 pm they were running a backhoe and a dump truck right next to our homes. i get up at 4 in the morning and i can't sleep with backup beepers and metal banging on metal. please someone get back with me asap. submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. teresa sapp 813-324-9751 email address: [email protected] thu 03/05/2015 8:38 am description of complaint: they have a lot across the street from there office that backs up to our neighborhood. this is a manufactured home neighborhood that has been here a long time. the lot was wooded until recently. still had under brush and they are storing all kinds of junk you can see on jackson and from out yards. we unsightly. then a few months back they started bringing in big equipment on trucks late and parking them. then recently bringing in loads of dirt but during the day. on saturday february 28 the started filling in a low spot and they had the back hoe going all day for days. then on wednesday night tuesday night march 3 at 11:15 pm they had a dump truck come in and dumb and then a back hoe refilled it with something else and it took about 45 minutes. this is new just started. then last night march 4, at 1:30 am they filled a truck up took them about 30 minutes with back hoe beeping and running making my bed feel like a vibrating bed and then again at 3:30am they filled another truck up and again it woke me up. what can we do? can't they build a sound burial wall? i have pictures. please get with me asap!!!!! submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. teresa sapp 813-324-9751 email address: [email protected]
