Description: Sr 10055 6/1/2015 7:38 pm we moved into our home at 2512 linden tree street, seffner on 2/18/15 and were informed by the previous owners that they had contacted the bank representative (vernon mcdaniel everbank property preservation group 904-623-6896), which was foreclosing on the home next to us (2510 linden tree st), regarding the dead trees in the back yard. they had also contacted hillsborough county about the overgrowth and that problem was fixed by the county. we used sonny's tree service to do tree trimming on our property, and they confirmed that the trees are dead and are a hazard. sonny's attempted to contact the maintenance company (cyprexx), and we emailed them twice regarding the trees, but no one contacted us or sonny's. we have had large (6 foot) branches fall onto our yard where we garden and walk, this evening i was walking in the yard and a 6 foot branch landed less than 3 feet from me (see attached photo).the property is currently listed for sale by goff and associates realtors. with storm season here we need to help to get this resolved. we feel we have done all we can do at our level. any help from the county would be greatly appreciated.
