Description: Parking and debris in drainage area i reside at 18909 merry lane, lutz, florida 33548 and the property lines next to my home site belong to 1319 anglers lane. the resident that resides at 1321 anglers has decided to use this property to illegally park a truck with expired tags, debris and garbage. the home on 1319 angles lane has had two previous owners who continually requested that it be removed off the property. he would comply for a short while and then when property would change ownership he would go back to using the property. i have requested to this neighbor on numerous occasions to remove the truck and debris as it is an endangerment to the eco system of the lake as debris flows directly into the cypress to the lake. this portion of the land is zoned as a drainage easement. he has been very uncooperative and has not removed the debris. the property has been surveyed on several occasions and it is evident that it is not his property as well as being recorded that this is a drainage easement. can you please assist me in this matter?

Description: Description of complaint: behind our property on 17208 tiffany shore dr, lutz, fl 33549 is an overgrown, completely abandoned area that forms in between whitaker road and turning oaks drive. there are australian pines that are either currently causing damage to our concrete block perimeter wall (the red bricks along the top of the concrete have been crushed into pieces from the swaying of the tree) and now a broken wooden fence and at least 10 australian pines that are rotten and/or dangerously overhanging towards our property. furthermore, there is tall grass covering the entire area behind our perimeter wall which is causing an influx of rodents and snakes, and weeds to overtake our side of the concrete wall. in may, i asked the owner of that property if we can come to some agreement to see if they could clear their property, and to give priority to cutting the trees currently damaging to our wall, and no action has yet to be taken, which is ironic, due to the fact that the rest of their $500k property is perfectly landscaped and maintained. monday, july 29th, we walked out to our yard to find a 8 foot branch had snapped from 50+ feet up from their australian pine and crashed onto our fence (this was also within 15 feet where my children play and have their swing) and further down the same fence but just a few feet out of our property, we saw a palm tree that had broken through the hoa wooden fence too, wide enough for a person to pass through. i'd like to know what my rights are because i do not my family or property to suffer due to their negligence. please advise! email me a confirmation copy of this complaint: yes for an email copy of input, please enter email here: [email protected]
