Description: Plm14-00312 in reply to administrative fee appeal. i cannot say that this fee isn't warranted, i just feel i am not responsible for the fees incurred. on 10/14/13 our home caught on fire and our home had to be built back from the studs. throughout the horrible winter with another contractor who was eventually fired by the property managener, keith graber. the restorative company restor began our rebuild in april 2014. we were given a 6 week time frame for the rebuild by senior project manager, hector maldonado and i believe his boss or owner becky hintz. i'm not sure. i was asked by hector to go and secure a plumbing permit that would allow his crew to do the plumbing on our rebuild. he asked and needed the permit that day to ensure that we could be in our home expeditiously. i contacted hector by tx stating due to the ommision of them not filing certificate of completion re: plm14-00312. we were billed for admin fee $215.00. hector texted me back saying he would bring this to the attention of becky hintz so this matter would be resolved . again on 3/15/15 by text we had a similar conversation about the then $645 adnimistrative fee and he assured me that this matter would be taken care of again, becky hintz. after that, we received another invoice so i began calling restor (317)644-0099 asking and leaving messages for becky to please return my calls on this matter. on 4/21/15 i called becky hintz personal cell and left another message that to this day, sunday, may 31, i have had no response. in addition i was paid for the filing fee. i hope i have given you as complete of an interview necessary to clear my name of this debt. thank you. ***see activities
