Description: Sr9702 5/29/2015 3:31 pm this has been on an ongoing issue. under the "dangerous structures" information on the code violation website, it mentions structures that are "detrimental to neighborhood values" and "create fire hazards" are against code. the people living at 3321 fox lake drive have a house full of trash and other miscellaneous items. they leave their windows and doors open all day because their air conditioning unit is broken and they will not pay to get it fixed. they also run very large (almost industrial sized) fans that are a known fire hazard. i am concerned that the combination of cluttered house and several plugged in fans will cause the house to catch fire. also, the act of leaving their windows and doors open (while having their television turned up obscenely loud), is beginning to make the neighborhood look and feel like it's part of an undesirable area of town, and not the lovely community that we live in. the people living in this house are creating a "fire hazard" and participating in acts that are "detrimental to neighborhood values," and i think that warrants the code violation department stepping in. thank you for your consideration. no contact information given
