Description: Mon 04/06/2015 4:22 pm description of complaint: we have been complaining about rodents and other things that live in our attic and the rats that are living in our townhome. the front office has not done anything but come and see the gaping hole underneath our kitchen sink and they say they are getting outside pest control to come and set traps to see if that will kills any of them. i am in fear that myself, my two children and my fianc? can become ill from these rats and other rodents up in the attic. there are droppings that we find in our kitchen every morning when we wake up. this is unacceptable and the entire building knows there are rodents living in the attic as well because then either have seen them as well or heard them through our pipes that connect. if our building has this issue i am pretty positive that every other building is infested as well. i am tired of telling the front office about serious matters and them taking there sweet time to take action on this serious matter. has rats and droppings are every where submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. danielle garcia 8135628933 email address: [email protected]

Description: Thu 04/09/2015 6:43 pm description of complaint: i prefer to remain anoynoumous because i do not trust the illegal activity. the people are renters and they are running a business out of their garage. there are constant moving trucks overnight, nefarious looking packages stored, and then somebody picks them up. they do not cut their lawn and have debris everywhere. i saw one frustrated neighbor next to them cutting their grass because they were sick of seeing it. the property is destroyed, there are probably a dozen people living there and they need to be investigated. they also have dogs that are not let inside the house and bark all day and night.
