Never thought I would ever write a bad review of anyone but this place needs some customer service and scheduling help. It's been 3+ months of planning to have me say goodbye to this place and other folks should consider other options too. I needed to take days off to meet these folks on the property and they were no-shows twice. It got to the point where I was calling the day before the re-appts to ensure they would show up... and yet today, I get a phone call "The parts we had set aside for your job were used on another job so we have to reschedule." Save yourself the trouble and call someone else for your needs as these folks need some education on customer experience and time management. I honestly was on the fence about sending them an hourly invoice from me for wasting my time and vacation time. You can't depend on these folks and it's a shame as they are local.
