Stay clear of this company! We hired them to change our windows and sliding glass door on 6/19/15. They were a disaster, from employees not knowing how to remove existing windows/door, to not knowing how to do the finishing work, either interior or exterior. Ours is a concrete building and they couldn't even fill back properly the concrete they cut out to put in the sliding glass door. They never completed the exterior stucco finish around the door. The fancy brass door handle deteriorated within 6 months, becoming pitted and discolored. When you try to contact the owner, Bill Kummer ( if you are lucky enough that he answers ), he will make appointments to fix issues. He will then either not show up or show up without the parts. He owes us a screen door, replacement handle, a door lock and finishing the stucco work. Today it has been 2 yrs and one month since we purchased the windows!
