Frank was competitively priced and did a great job installing my basement bathroom floor and shower tile. However, he failed miserably at installing epoxy grout, for which he charged extra and said he knew how to do. Due to improper mixing of the epoxy grout components, I was left with patches of soft epoxy grout that came up with a fingernail 10 days after installation. This compromised the entire job. I already paid Frank and will see if he stands by his work to make things right.
