Hired Frank to do a concrete driveway. After it was done we were happy.. UNTIL we turned on the sprinklers to water the grass we just planted to replace what they tore up. Our yard puddled with water. They broke two sprinkler lines. Frank said he would fix it but has blown us off for over a week now. He told me money was the least of his problems. He has been paid in full and doesn't feel any urgency to fix what he broke. I will NEVER recommend this contractor to ANYONE. Beware. Test all your lines before you give this thief a dime!
