If I could give lower than a 1 star rating I would. This company is the WORST!!! Never use them they will rip you off and not honor any aspect of warranty and their craftsmanship sucks. BBB revoked their license in NM and TX. They are simply the worst and would not trust the owner Mike at all. Terrible terrible terrible!!!!!

Terrible!!
If I could give lower than a 1 star rating I would. I had my roof replaced by this storm chaser company in 2015. Since then I've had numerous leaks that pop up during heavy rainfall. While the company was still in town they did come out and repair the leaks but it seems they cannot get it right when it comes to skylights. I had a roof leak at my skylight in June 2019 of which this company has tried to fix once or twice before.
This c@!%!y company lost their license in Las Cruces, NM a year or two after I had my roof replaced by them and now they cannot and will not uphold the 10 year warrantee that came with the roof replacement. BBB has REVOKED their accreditation!! I contacted Mike (the owner?) and he did attempt to find someone locally to repair the roof but it's been a month now and there's no support to even have anyone come out and look at what needs to be done.
Mike wanted me to find someone to evaluate the roof and even fix the roof at my expense. I told him this was the second or third time this skylight has leaked since the replacement and that his company "fixed" the leak each time. Now it's not his problem even though this is clearly craftsmanship which is clearly covered by the warrantee and Mike even agreed. I'm sure if I hired someone to evaluate my roof and fix it then he'd drop the issue...which is what has happened anyway.
So a 4 year old roof with no warrantee and no one in town to fix the roof I am on my own. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Read the reviews and avoid them at all costs. Storm chasers, will rip off your insurance company, will default on everything they do, will not provide support, will avoid putting more time and effort into customer service to do the right thing.
Lastly, I had my AC unit replaced using their POC Tim from Quality Heating and Cooling and, just like Weather Safe, has disappeared. I wanted Tim to come out and do some work on my new AC unit and his phone messages are full and won't accept any new messages and he does not return text messages like he used to when he was contracted to install the unit. Another fly-by-night company.
I learned my lessons on storm chasing companies. What a terrible experience and wondering if my new roof is going to leak again before I can get it fixed the right way.
STAY AWAY Dayton, Ohio and all others!!!
Tim McKenzie
