Would rate it a zero or negative if I could. The main principle, Ming Chan is Annie's brother. Will put the properties under wife, children and relatives name and LLC. to cover his own ass. My suggesting is not to work with people who are willing to throw their wife, children and friends and relatives under the bus to protect himself.
