Description: Description of complaint: called the lifestyle office here at valencia lakes, spoke to shannon-unknown last name, who advised she would send email to a person named cassandra leopold-lifestyle director, marissa lufkin-gl homes, and gwendolyn-unknown last name-hoa. called the 24 hour guard here at valencia lakes, who advised we call the police. called the hillsborough county sheriff who responded and advised we contact licensing & permitting. we couldn't locate the online complaint form for such so we decided to contact code enforcement. contracters are working as early as 6am, currently it is 5:56pm on a saturday night and they are still here. was just involved in a verbal confrontation with several men workers and one female worker when they refused to remove their vehicle from being parked completely across our driveway-leaving us trapped in our own home. they laughed and belittled us in spanish, and thought it was the funniest thing that they have ever heard when we threated to call the sheriff for assistance. we have no quality of life here on rock island court, it has been a construction zone for the 3 years and 2 months that we have attempted to exist in our home. we pay nearly 4k a year in hoa fees to be verbally assaulted by contruction workers that have no respect for our legal right to have access to and from our own driveway. do they even have the necessary permits? the sheriff who showed up didn't seem to be able to access the documents from the head female worker. are they even working within the legal time constraints? is gl homes even abiding by the construction work/noise time contraints set forth? please help. complainant name: robert & colleen weber phone: 813 313 6116 email me a confirmation copy of this complaint: yes for an email copy of input, please enter email here: [email protected]
