Description: Description of complaint: there are 2 properties that are a major nuisance in the neighbor hood. 11704 lincoln st. and 9411 bethune dr.. the electric has been shut off at both of these properties, so there is no water either! the same bunch of people hangout at both properties and leave trash all over the yards and streets and play deafening, vulgar music constantly to wear i can not let my grandson outside to play. they have cars up on jacks for weeks in the front yard and in the streets constantly at 11704 lincoln st., which is a stones throw from the children's jungle gym in the adjoining park. they block the streets with cars and sometimes delivery people such as ups can't even get down our street. they drink and party in the street and have also had drug deals going on with even more traffic. since the park has decided to leave their rear gate open, they hang out there late at night also and the dead end looks like a garbage dump. it is so bad that we would sell if we could, but they look so scary and it's so trashy all around their properties that i don't think any one would buy here. the noise from them playing loud music, generators running and partys that it is unbearable even indoors the furniture is vibrating from the loud music. we have called the police when it's really bad but by the time they come down the road with their flashing lights, they take off into the dark through the unlocked rear gate of the park. we are senior citizens and it is extremely hard to take day after day. they use 11704 lincoln st. for a major hangout ever since his electric was shut off ( i believe it was hooked up illegally )and one of them is living in 9411 bethune dr. with no electric or water and doesn't mow the grass and carries water from the park through the unlocked gate late at night. the noise , trash is unbearable. there is junk cars in the yard at 9411 bethune dr., and too may jacked up cars at 11704 lincoln st. it's hard to believe that they can carry on like that with drugs, etc so close to a childrens play ground. hoping that you can help, as they just hide from the police. i would gladly leave my name, but i am afraid of retaliation. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
