Description: Sr48584 3/11/2016 2:27 pmmy bedroom floor has been flooded continuously. the carpet has mold per classic carpet who is one of the 4-5 companies sent out by university realty who is the property management company. i am disabled, unable to sleep in my bed in my bedroom and instead i am sleeping in a recliner. i have continuously complained to shannon bell who is supposedly responsible for the maintenance of my rental. i have had multiple people including someone named mike who came out 3 times to check the leak and reported it to shannon bell. classic carpet was sent once multiple times to see what they can do anout stopping the leak. they cut up part of the carpet on two occasions and sprayed something down for the mold. one of the classic carpet guys has informed me that he calls shannon bell daily after coming out informing her that he can't do anything that it has to be repaired. someone from university realty told me that he fixed the air conditioner but that the hot water heater needed to be replaced and the pumbling repaired. so far shannon bell has been asking me to be patient with her, but this has been going on for a month. i am unable to sleep in my bedroom. i now have pneumonia to go along with my chronic polymyositis. my home is cluttered as i don't have anyplace to put things that have been taken out of my bedroom closet and placed where it is possible i can fall and re-fracture my limbs. i am in a wheelchair and need to be able to sleep in my bed, have the water leakage repaired, the molded carpet taken up totally. it has to be taken up, as it is already cut halfway. university realty is being neglectful in managing this property. i am a good client. i have even gone as far as to request to be relocated if they are unable to repair the leak as one of the people who came out told me it is going to be very costly has the plumbing from the front of the unit to the back will need to be dug up. whatever has to be done, needs to be done asap. this is unhealthy.first name brendalast name whitephone number --mobile number --email address [email protected]
