Description: Sr38745 12/17/2015 8:11 ami have two issues of concern in my neighborhood of sugarwood. 1) the residents who live in the home at 5601 tern court have a basketball hoop at the edge of the street next to their driveway. in my opinion, it is a hazard and extremely dangerous to have children and people playing in the street, especially since this is on the corner of pentail circle and tern court, an exiting street for sugarwood. i experienced a surprise one day this week, as i was turning off of pentail onto tern court. i had to drive around their parked truck on the corner. i guess they were trying to delay/reroute traffic so they could play in the street. however, as i was making the turn, driving around their truck, i had to make an abrupt stop because the ball started to bounce across the street in front of my car and a boy was going after it. days later, i was approaching the intersection from the opposite direction, i witnessed another close call. the same scenario. a car was turning on to tern court, having to come around their parked truck, the ball went bouncing across the street as the boy went chasing after it and that car had to make an abrupt stop, as well! at that moment, i rolled down my window and tried speaking to the gentleman who was out there, but he was rude and not inerested in my advice saying, " thanks for sharing your opinion" as he caught the ball and threw it back to the boy. it concerns me that there seems to be no regard for the safety for themselves or the inconveinience to other residents. 2) there has been a vehichle parked in the street in front of 5552 pentail circle since october. it is a small blue car with a temporary florida license tag #bmg0009 expiring 10/10/15. there are no current residents in the home. the home has been abandoned for approximately a year or more. i would appreciate this car being towed away, as it often blocks two way traffic on pentail circle, not to mention impairing travel for school busses and garbage trucks. thank you.first name janetlast name munozphone number 813-220-8880mobile number --email address [email protected]
