Description: Sr20880: 8/7/201511:13 am: moved in n land lord said everything was ready in the apartment. when we moved in on february 14th we realize the ac unit wasn't working and our front door had a gap in it where i could see the outside. i had to have the top deadbolt on at all times or the door would not stay closed. he weather strip the door but it didn't stick so all the air and bugs could come in and out through the cracks of the door. also our toilet kept backing up into a tub we called him it persisted for the last 6 month every month i had to call him about the tubs and filled with feces. he 3 weeks ago he pulled up the septic and kept it open for over three weeks we had smelled feces there was flies everywhere. after living here for a month and receiving my first peco bill which was for 2 weeks came to be over $200 i text him to let him know his ac was broken he had somebody come out and put freon which fixed the problem for about two to three days but again my next bill was super high and i've been having a high bill for the last 5 months he put in the ac after us being here for months he change my front door after being here 6 months but on a front door there is no deadbolt i can break into my house with a a butter knife. i've had that door without a deadbolt for 3 weeks now i've told him i feel unsafe my children fillin say he still has not fix it might eco bill has went over $500 i am now in debt and i want to know if my house is up the code. and if he got a permit for the work he did on the septic tank.
