Description: Dear commissioner les miller on christmas day, december 25, 2014, this was truly my last straw with the household of 8720 fish lake rd. this individual morris, which he does not suppose to be living there according to the rules at section 8 and every time section 8 does have to assess the property morris leaves the house stating he does not live there when everybody on this street know he lives there. morris stood on christmas day and continuously harassed and cursed my family out while he show-boated in front of their company and the neighborhood. the whole street stood in the windows watching morris show-out in front of his company as he cursed-out my family. they were conducting much drug use and selling on christmas day, so as i reported it, the sheriff came out and assessed the property, so that is what set him in a rage. unfortunately, i had to call the sheriff back out again because morris stood out there, had to be 30 to 45 minutes cursing out my family. my neighbors were calling me to see what was his problem. there is constantly drug selling and drug usage that is being conducted at this resident, while in the presents of children/toddlers. i have called crime stoppers several times until some times i just do not bother. this has been very hard for me living next door to these residents. they are section 8 renters and i know sometime unfortunately you will have the tenants that just do not care, why should they, they have nothing invested in that property. i have written section 8 on these tenants back in 2012, unfortunately, i was not able to rebuttal due to the miss understanding of ms. ola's direction she had given me. however, nothing has changed since i written that letter to section 8, if anything it has gotten worst. this man morris who resides at 8720 fish lake states he can run a car shop at this residential property if he want, he has your employee bernard lundy on his side. as i have tried to report to code enforcement this case always landed back in lundy hands. while i was too busy reporting to code enforcement, these tenants was always a step ahead because lundy was informing them on all that i was reporting. so in other words, i should not have been reporting that morris is running a car shop at this residential property for profit. i had given lundy several picture with morris on just about every different car that he continuous works on. lundy continuously told me there was nothing he could do about it and the pictures wasn't enough evidence. i can no longer trust him now so i just keep the pictures for my own record keeping. there is much drug trafficking from tramaine saddler who also resides at 8720 fish lake rd. these residents are not very neighborly they hold these gatherings that allow their company throw trash anywhere in their yard and eventually it blows over in my yard. i have addressed my concerns to the primary renter, jackie saddler. i told her they have not been fair with the trash, why do i have to get out in my yard and continuously pick trash my household did not put down there. yard work is hard enough so i do not want to be out there no more than i have to. we care about our yard and try to keep it uniformed. they allow their company to come over and do whatever, the music in their company cars and/or trucks are so loud they make my and others windows tremble. their company is urinating on the side of the house which we could see them. they are constant smoking marijuana out in the open as if it is legal, if you stand on my front porch you can smell that stuff. however, jackie is the primary renter and most of the time she does not know what is going on because most of the time she too drunk, so i'm not always able to address things to her. jackie's boyfriend morris and her son tramaine are the cooperates/trouble makers at 8720 fish lake. no one works in this household but jackie's youngest daughter, so i see why morris and tramaine has to do much selling of the drugs to maintain. they just needs to be a bit more considerate of the working people around here. we are tired when we get home, so we do not want to constantly here all this loud music that comes from their resident and/or their company cars. morris does this on purpose. because again he feels mr. lundy has given him the green light to do whatever he wants. i'm addressing these concerns to you and your staff because i no longer know what route to take anymore. i swore i was going to do my job as the neighborhood crime watch person but yet i'm the bad one for watching out for the neighborhood. and mr. lundy has definitely has given me confirmation that i should not be reporting anything. i'm just tired of the retch-ness that goes come. please help. sincerely, rose isom, greenridge and delaney creek neighborhood crime watch block captain
