Description: Description of complaint: a housing inspection was done on 8/15/14. due to roaches the inspection failed. pesticide had sprayed three weeks in a row prior to inspection. the housing inspector stated for them to have sprayed and flushed in advance, the roaches were much too active. also the garbage disposal had a leakage that maintenance claimed to have fixed. i informed them that the problem still existed. they said that they had to order a part. that was in august, and it is now december. how long does it take for a part? due to this leaking, my water bill reached $800. i got it down to $400, but it's back to $500. more problems began, such as a malfunction in the stove's computer, and a broken glass plate in the microwave. i reported this weeks ago at the end of august and in september. first the stove(august) and then the glass plate(september).they can do work orders for everybody but me. the housing inspector gave them the riot act and fountain view got in trouble. now, i;m the blame, and they don't fix anything in my apartment. august was the last time they did something in my apartment. i've been without the glass plate, a huge leakage, and they never bothered to check out the stove. like the part, they claimed they needed to order glass plates since september. maintenance supply room is next to my bedroom window. i can see what they bring out in supplies. how stupid can they be. i observed glass plates on their carts for other people. nevertheless, i've received my voucher to move. they had the nerve to tell me they wasn't going to renew my lease. the reason was my high water bill. can you believe this? i am presently looking for a place. i have until dec. 31, i know how they operate. they plan to fix everything after i leave. this is unfair to me because of their troubles. i can be reached between 8:00 and 10:00am. supporting file or photo: tiff apt.zip submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint.
