Description: Description of complaint: the people at 1124 teakwood ave have not mowed their lawn or done any house work in almost 3 years. the only time the area around the mailbox has been mowed has been when one of his neighbors has done it for him while doing their own lawn because i have seen the guy across the street doing it. the yard was so bad, i thought the home was abandoned. i didn't even know someone was living there until i went to a yard sale at the next door neighbors house in july & he told me that someone does live there. i tried to open the gate to get a photo of the backyard, but it was so overgrown with grass & weeds the gate wouldn't open. i went in through the neighbors yard to get most of the pictures. i tried to get better pictures from a neighbor that lives behind 1124, but their car was in the driveway & i didn't want to get caught. the backyard is so overgrown. its an eye-sore for all who drive down the road. even the abandoned house behind it, isn't as overgrown. this home is bringing down the property value. please help. supporting file or photo: img 4681.jpg submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
