Description: Mr. minkel, it was a pleasure to meet you and other enforcement agents at the recent neighborhood conference. i especially benefited from the broader discussions of how your office can assist the hoa in maintaining a quality community. i saw your counterpart, ms. joseph following our conversation, but did not have opportunity to speak w/her. your agents have cited a couple of our homes (one owner occupied and one of non-owner) in the past for overgrowth issues. we are particularly interested in recurring issues at the two-story property located at 929 clearcreek drive, tampa, 33613. we have only had mixes and temporary results with notices left and are interested in enforcing the state authorized hoa fine of up to $100/day for non-compliance and failure to remedy issues. however, we are unsure of the owner and if the occupants may be squatters. recurring issues: 1. there is always clutter in from of the garage. 2. mowing rarely occurs, and never includes areas near the house. 3. rear fencing visible from street is in complete dis-repair. 4. there is a large metal trailer which is routinely left in the front yard. 5. it is the only property which routinely stores trash containers in front of the house.
