Description: Description of complaint: this is now my 3rd or 4th request for someone to come to my residence to inspect an entire list of issues. my first comnplain someone came out, gave complex a list of things that needed to be fixed or else action would take place except no one ever came back out or proceeded any further. none of the things on the list were taken care of? after almost 3 months of hearing nothing from code enforecement, i wrote another complaint. i then received a voicemail from a gentleman from your team and the message simply stated that he informed the complex that the issues needed to be taken care of???? seriously?? that's why i contacted you guys again because they are not fixing the things that need to be fixed!!! novemeber is when i started this process originally and it's now march??? i don't think it's fair that i'm paying rent every month to keep myself and both of my children in harms way! due to the mass amounts of mold that we breath daily from the apartment, both me and my kids have developed "allergies" which we have never had before and my dr is almost certain it's because of the mold. i have made dr roberson aware that i have contacted you guys multiple times and nothing has been followed through properly so she will now make a complaint to you as well. maybe that'll make you guys realize that i'm being very serious with my complaint and i want someone to physically come out so i can show you all the major problems that are going on. the mold is the main issue but defiantely not the only safety concern, thanks. submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. jessica joseph 8134467767
