Description: Description of complaint: move in june 21 signed lease june 19 upin moving in carpet was dirty stove right front burner not working air conditioner was not working when i moved in called emergency maintenance they came in july air went out again around the 13th they didnt come till that following wk...they dont always have the proper air vents for your unit in stock so they give you smaller air vents to use knowing they dont fit...from day one the roaches have been horrible i paid for roach spray out my pocket to get them under control they suppose to put me on the pest control list but i never recieved a notice they been in and checked my apt...now its a rodent and roaches in my apt the complex seems unwilling to respond in a timely manner and unwilling to move to move into another unit i dont have a pet and the rodent is tearing up my carpet i put rat poison down and whatever it is it was eaten and had been back to eat the rest i put on monday morning i have not had this problem until the morning of nov 10 i immediately called the emer maintenance dept no one called back i called mon nov 11 talk to office and they stated they was aware of the problem that was around 9ish they took my complaint verbally took my call bk number no one call me back and one had entered that apt since 238 when i got home i stopped by the office they stated jose got the paperwork he was on break and was coming it was a high priority no one from the office came to see what i was talking bout nor did maintenance come by now its an hr past no maintenance nor manager has called or came by this is not right i pay my rent to live in a decent place the service is horrible and it seems like i get to it when we can attitude and i want this issue resolved my apt was patched up for move in now renovated i have patches filled over plus holes that were never filled or sealed never gave a proper walk thru just write down whats wrong give it to them they never did the bottom drawer fell out its still broken piece under my door is missing which allows small bugs to come under my door knob lock is not properly secured you can see around the key hole area i need this apt inspected so i can get some results i have a tree leaning against my balcony its loose if it rains or wind blows it knocks against my balcony i asked for that to be cut on my walk thru list i gave to tamika in the front office its still there they made me wait and additional two wks for this apt and it still waant ready it was jus patched up submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. desiree joseph 8134004611 email address: [email protected]
