Description: Description of complaint: the residents at 12502 twisted oak drive , tampa fl are using their home as a business for bowden carpet cleaning. their trucks run in and out of the cul de sac all day long, 5 and 6 days a week. in the last two weeks they have started, cleaning area rugs for the holiday season in the driveway and garage. the motors start around 8:00 or 8:30 a.m. and are extremely loud and pierce the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. since the weather has changed it is cool in the am and all of their neighbors cannot open our doors and windows and let the air in because the noise is so high pitched and annoying. it goes on until around 11:00 am or so.. also they have their business meetings at the residence and all of the trucks show up. . do they have another address listed as a place to wash the vans, refill the chemicals etc? the chemicals are stored in the shed out back and in the garage. . do they have a right to operate a carpet cleaning business out of our residential area? submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
