Description: A few issues i need some help with regarding this property (9024 navajo ave.) 1.) while the management company has done a decent job of maintaining the yard since the last time you had to nudge them, the yard is in real need of cutting. the yard cutting crew was there friday or saturday, but drove away without doing anything. weather was not an issue at that time. 2.) the pool cover that was put on a while back looks to be much more secure but has some holes in it now and the pool is holding quite a bit of water...looks to be about half full. concerned about mosquitoes. 3.) the garage door has still not been fixed. while they did cover it a while back with plywood, it is looking very weathered and makes the house look "vacant". the door is there, just off the track. i'm confident it could be fixed easily by a garage door company. i know you can't make them sell the property, but people regularly ask about it and i don't know where to direct them. is there a realtor involved that i could refer them to?? as always, thanks so much for your help with this property. you guys have made a difference helping this nuisance property to look decent and we all appreciate it.
