Description: Description of complaint: at the end of september, complex asked me to move out of my apartment so they can work on the problem i brought to their attention, as water was trickling down the walls and across the flooring. the floors are squishy and molded. i have been paying rent and had to move out for about 4+ weeks. i no longer could keep up other arrangements so i moved back in this past week. i shouldn't i have too keep paying for rent when its not suitable or healthy for me to live here. they tell me that the hold up has been do to waiting on a delivery of wood to replace flooring/ground flooring. i said, that is crazy. go to home depot, they have wood, it shouldm't take week after week for wood to come in. they have my bed proped standing up so that they can work. i have had to by a blow up bed so that i have a place to sleep amoung the dirt, dust and debrie. they have this stuff everywhere as they ran my fan while working and all the debrie got every where. i just had to pay rent again and i want out of this lease. i smell the mold and its making me sick, the a/c unit appears to be having problems and therefore only use my fan. i need help asap as these people are taking advantage of me. this is a studio apartment with no room to live with what is going on here. nearest major intersection: temple terrace hwy or bullard parkway and: 78th av w what road does the location run off?: talina lane runs off of terrace hwy aka bullard parkway name of subdivision / complex: terrace trace complainant name: jeff stewart phone: 813-215-2997
