Description: Description of complaint: code enforcement came out here one time, i showed him of the problem of having no dirt to cover the over-exposed roots of the trees, he agreed it was a danger to the trees and anyone who could slip & fall and hurt themselves and would report it to the management, which i'm sure he did but i did not hear from the management concerning it. i wrote the owner of the property, did not hear from him, dale willliams, and also emailed 2 times to the manager's boss who is dan barnewoldt (maybe misspelled) and he has not responded to my emails. the roots are so exposed in which case they will dry out and the trees will become damaged and ultimately die if something is not done about them. the trees are the owners responsibility but he doesn't respond to anything that is directed to him nor does dan. help!!!! i need dirt & sod! elizabeth valentino 813-531-5140 email address: [email protected]
