Description: An opened sewer hole has been left open within 50ft of my home. the smell of human feces has been lingering outside the house since the instillation over a month ago. this, in conjuction with the pumps that run throughout the evening (10pm-6am) has left my family in a very agitated state. the pumps themselves are not supposed to run past 10pm, but do so on a regular basis. i have also witnessed what appears to be sewage in the ponds on the construction site. this is a disguisting health risk, and as such should be remedied by the construction company that is currently building in the neighborhood. i am unable to open my windows or leave doors open for fear of my house smelling like the opne sewer in front of my house
