Description: We live in the cypress creek subdvision. the "common areas" next to the roads have not been mowed or weeded in over a month. i am sure you can imagine what that looks like! we pay a cdd fee as well as an hoa fee. after contacting both rampart (hoa) and rizzetta (cdd) we were told that they are out of funds for the fiscal year and it will not be taken care of until we have more funds. is this acceptable? i thought the cdd was to ensure that these areas are taken care of and look nice.
