Description: Description of complaint: while i hesitate to complain. due to making the situation worse. but, something has to be done. i live at 3401 yale circle, riverview-33578. the occupants across the street. at 2215 cornell dr. seem to have no respect nor consideration of their neighbors. currently they have a flood light that stays on all night that not only shines in our yard, but lights up the entire side of my home and shines brightly into my 2 south facing bedroom windows. not to mention, if anyone walks down the sidewalk in front of the cornell dr. house, there are an additional 2 sets of flood lights that also come on due to motion sensors, which adds even more light, which in turn cause my dogs to freak out. even at times these lights get triggered off by cars just passing by. they seem to also have lights shining on their neighbors home to the east of them too. and they too have had no luck talking with them to even just point the lights down a bit. which i also have asked. only to have them add more lights or brighter. this entire part of the street has had issues with the occupants at 2215 cornell dr. however, trying to just keep this complaint just for and from me. we have called the police on several occasions. the last time was the morning the neighbors on their east side had their tire slashed. only to find my car also had tires slashed. there was a police report filed. and having talked with all the neighbors, our next step was notifying the leasing agent who owns the cornell house, letting them know about their tenants. having not had much luck there either. not yet anyways. like i stated at the beginning. i hesitate to form a complaint. i've already had my tire slashed. but even just tonight i cant even take my dogs out into the back yard without having to squint my eyes if i look in the direction across the street. i just took these photos to show that this problem is on going. please advise to correct the situation.... supporting file or photo: bright lights.zip submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. harry horton 813-681-8329 email address: [email protected]
