Description: Sr51377for many years, weve patiently endured the debris from the damaged/dead trees (35-50 feet) falling on our property. the damaged/dead trees are ready to fall at any given time. there are more than (40) forty (35-50 feet) pine trees on the property line (12514 lovers ln). this is a safety issue!!! it is indeed detrimental to our health/safety! under windy or severe weather conditions (storm, hurricane or tornado) the 35-50 feet dead trees will result in a catastrophe which could be deadly. our toleration of the dead tree limbs for years has resulted in the mckinneys procrastination. we firmly believe that waiting years is ample time for the mckinneys to be proactive to prevent the potential destruction to their neighbors property. since 7-21-15, we have met with the mckinneys approximately six times expressing our concerns and fears. it appears as if they dont care if we are the recipient of property damage from their dead trees, otherwise, they would have at least removed all dead, diseased or damaged trees by now. we have gone beyond the call of duty to seek a resolution to this problem.weve asked them to consider the following:1. removal of dead/damaged trees prior to the tampa bay area hurricane season.2. fear of (35-50) feet dead/damaged trees for safety reasons.3. fallen trees could be deadly to person or total destruction to property.4. windy conditions increases dead tree limbs falling causing property damage/down power lines. finally, theres a high probability that these trees will fall causing property damage, severe injury or death. the question is when??? regarding contact david warefirst name davidlast name warephone number 8136777280mobile number --email address [email protected]
