Description: Sr39469 12/28/2015 11:17 amevery day there is a huge pile of trash left stacked up outside the trash dumpster. i have lived here for almost a year and this is a constant problem. management is aware as they sent out notices that if anyone is caught leaving their trash outside the trash dumpster because it is full, they will be fined $100. we were told to keep our trash in our apartments until the dumpster is emptied. this has not resolved anything and i personally am not ok with keeping a pile of trash in my home because management cannot resolve the trash dumpster issue. what they need to do is 1) schedule more frequent emptying of the dumpsters or 2) add an additional dumpster(s) as the one is not enough to accommodate the amount of tenets living there. the problem is not people not putting their trash in the dumpster but the dumpsters being full as many times i have come where trash was left out but i could still access the dumpster and yes it was because the dumpster was already full. this is a daily problem. by time i get home from work it is cleaned up as management would not want prospective tenets to see such a grotesque sight. if it is during the weekend it remains like this until the office is opened. this is a health concern and as it has been almost a year that i have witnessed this and nothing has been done about it i am reporting it to your office with hopes of it getting resolved. i attached a picture of what i saw last night as i went to take out my trash so you may have an understanding of what i see everyday. windermere.jpgno contact information given
