Description: Description of complaint: another saturday and the garage sale starts again. i was told that you could have 1 weekend garage sale every 6 months. it has not been 6 months since they were having the back to back weekend garage sales. it would be nice if you could enforce the rule with these people as they seem to think they do not have to follow any regulations. this is a private road and the extra cars/trucks are making a bad dirt road even worse. people are driving up in other peoples yards. it would just be nice if you could put a stop to the never ending garage sales. you closed the prior issue since they have not had any more garage sales since june but it seems it took them no time at all to start back up with the garage sales. can you please do something with this issue? submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous. description of complaint: the address across the street is having a garage sale, 10/18/14. they recently were turned in for excessive garage sales, having one every weekend for months. they did stop having them for a few months but it looks like the prior case has been closed and they have started having garage sales again. i called code enforcement to ask about the rules on having a garage sale and i was told you could have a garage sale weekend, one every six months. if i remember correctly, they had garage sales in june. i will tell you that while i was working on the road, i was almost hit by someone who was at the garage sale across the street. this is way out of control and i would appreciate it if you could take care of this matter. there are families on this street who have children and pets and when people are coming down the road to stop at the garage sale, they do not drive slowly or respectfully and this is a concern as we obviously do not want anyone or anything hurt. preferably i would like it if my name and pictures were not shown or given to the people across the street since they are the revengeful type and i have kids and pets that i would like to keep safe. i was turned in for running a daycare when my daughters friends came out to play and since the people across the stret were dealing with the garage sale issue at the same time, i am sure they assume it was me who turned them in. i appreciate any help you can give us in regards to the extra traffic on our road and the safety issue of the people driving fast. the pictures i have sent include vehicles and the sale sign hanging off the chain link fence that is only out when they are haing a garage sale, christmas items they are selling, mr simpkins helping place items sold from his garage in the back of a truck. the white truck is actually parked in the road which caused some issues with other neighbors trying to get down the road as there is a large hole right there. supporting file or photo: garage sale.zip submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.

Description: Description of complaint: i have submitted a complaint before in regards to 6607 ike smith road, complaint ce14004540. it took 6 months to finally close the deficiencies, and they were far from complete. i am submitting a new complaint. the following deficiencies exist: extracted from ordinance 09-63 1. 2.4.24 health and safety of children. i have observed children staying in the dwelling. 2. 10.5.3 load center on power pole has no dead front, shabby wiring, and the door remains in rhe up position. (an indication of frequent breaker trips) 3. 10.6.3 septic tank is inoperative. 4. 10.5.3 water pump has no service disconnect. wire comes directly from the ground to pump motor with no conduit protection. 5. 10.7.1 foundation leaning. 6. 10.7.2 exterior walls buckling. 7. 10.7.4 roof sags from leaking and improper room addition connection. 8. 10.7.9 windows are missing. one is covered by a baby crib side (nailed to wall). doors are non-existent.
