Description: Description of complaint: hi, i have lived on the property at 4915 coronet rd since i was 4yrs old, but since i got married in 2007 i now live at 4919 coronet rd which is in front of my parents. i am a christian and i try to be encouraging and realize that some people do live different life styles. however, there comes a point when you have to stop looking away. our neighbors at 5101 coronet rd plant city, fl 33566 have had a nasty yard for as far back as i can remember. that's not the only issue i have. my family honestly feels like there may be illegal drug distribution taking place. there are constantly people pulling in and out of their yard all day and night. and on breezy days we smell a variety of things which range from smoke, dog pee and some chemical that will burn your nose. because of this, i do fear for my children's safety. i have two small children, grayce is 4 and brexten is 1. i know and understand it is up to us to us to be responsible in keeping an eye on them, we recently even had an alarm put in our home. it may be a little judge mental but i do feel uneasy with so many people coming in and out of their yard which is right next door to us. we can not afford a privacy fence so i wanted to see if someone could check on this.you cant miss their yard, they have been having a yard sale for about 3 months now. speaking of that, some of the things they are selling have come from our garbage. we have caught her digging in our garbage many times, she even got her truck stuck in our ditch and needed pulled out. she also walks around in our back yard from time to time. one day when i asked her what she was doing she said she was chasing her dog which was no where near her and she continued to tell me "you needed to be careful because there are a lot of meth heads in this town and they will steal you blind. you have a lot of good stuff in your yard like your grill sh**." on another note, i would not know what pot looks like other then what i have seen on tv or the movies but one day last year she came to my back door with a shoe box full of zip lock bags that had little green leaves in them. she asked if i would buy some herbs she was growing. she went to put them in my face and said "smell its the good stuff." or course i said no but i was a little taken back! its just one thing after another, i don't want to be mean to them but enough is enough. i am writing this because i don't think there is any way possible that their yard is up to code and they fact that i think they are cooking or selling drugs from their home. can you please pass this letter on to whom ever checks on these things. thank you, shana warner when it comes to our neighbors i want this to be anonymous. email me a confirmation copy of this complaint: yes for an email copy of input, please enter email here: [email protected]

Description: Description of complaint: jack bridges is our neighbor. we have tried to be neighborly and discuss any disturbance that jack and the people he lets stay at his place. we have talk with hillsborough county fire department down the street, they told file complaint with epa did that.. i witness then removing construction material from the house next door where they are trying to rehab this house. went down talk with subcontractor notified him i saw them remove material from their construction site. jack was just notified by connie brandner which also owns the residence. that hammering all nigh long has to stop and the burning of junk and plastic has to stop or we will call law enforcement. our trees umbrella together flames have been so high we were in fear of losing our property. by the way when he burn their is no one watch it !!!!! last night the fumes from what ever they were burning came into our home.... called non emergency sheriff number because the flames were not out of control and did not want to call 911. dispatcher with sheriff sent officer out and transferred me to fire department. fire department arrived first.. talked with us and went to the back of the yard where fire was burning and insisted he put it out. the grass is over grow and there is trash and junk ever where. then the sheriff arrived.. he made sure they put the fire out ,escort officer to back porch and the fumes made him start coughing too... we just do not know what else to do??? we have place call and complaint ever where we have been told to do . we do not understand why we have to live not peacefully and be able to enjoy home because of jack bridge and transient folk he choose to let stay at his home... question no one works outside the home how are getting electric and is their taxes pay up ??????? this place is a degrading our neighbor and you have to lock everything up because they are thieves as well. please notify me with what we can do to have quality of life here at 4709 coronet rd plant city fl 33566.the sheriff has been over here a lot to pick up folks that have warrants out for their arrest. do you want to live like this ??? we do not either so please put a stop to this . mary r gaunt submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. mary gaunt 8137177681 email address: [email protected]
