Description: Description of complaint: i would like to file a formal complaint about the condition of my next door neighbors property. i am a single mother of 4 and recently divorced. i have been trying to sell my home for 6 months now but realtors are getting constant feedback about the condition of the house and yard next door. we are on lake keystone and this property has considerably devalued my property. the house is in shambles, yard not kept with dead trees and limbs everywhere, junk all over the property, boats and trailers parked in the yard, multiple old grills in yard, broken lawnmowers and general trash. it ruins the view from the lake as well. it is an eye sore for me as well as any prospective buyers and other neighbors. they have parties quite often and have huge bon fires with loud music until late in the night with many people in attendance. a few months back i had a $1200.00 paddle board on my dock in my boat on the lift and it mysteriously disappeared. there seems to be a revolving door of people there so i am not sure who or how many people occupy the home. is there anyway i could have someone from the county come out and take a first hand look at the property? the home looks as if it should be condemned and is sitting between two properties with homes on each of them worth 600-700k dollars each so it is a huge problem. i would really like to remain unknown because i travel every other week and don't want to create a situation any worse than i already have to deal with presently. additional information: form submitted on: 3/19/2015 1:53:13 pm
