Description: 7/22/20151:55 pm sr17490 when i first moved in on my first day the whole rug was socking wet. you can even here the splash from every step. by that night yu can already see all the little bugs coming out from under the rug witch they also installed incorrectly. my rug can get peeled off from any corner. it's not even stuck to the ground. now the bugs just keep multiplying. i been telling them for weeks that this is out of control. last week i called and told them i wanted another unit because my 2 year old son had ants and spiders crawling on him and in his bottle wial he was going to sleep. they told me that it was pointless to change my unit because its only a 30 dollar difference and told me that pest control was coming. it's been like 4 different nights were i woke up to my son being covered in bugs. i told them several different times and they still don't want to change my unit or help get rid of them. now i'm here to make a complaint because i brought my son to get checked today and they found a few dead ones in his ear. now i need to make sure something happens because i will not continue to let my son stay in risk. i pay 700 dollars for rent for a one bedroom plus water light and trash. i deserve to live somewhere that i don't have to worry about my sons health and i don't have to keep getting up at night to make sure nothing is on or around him. i also have a video of over a million of them covering my whole dresser. i showed it to them and still nothing. please help me my son doesn't deserve to live like this. thanks you very much.
